Circle of Good Foundation ("Circle of Good", "we", "us") exists to fight malnourishment across rural India. We treat the trust you place in us, and the information you share, with the same care we bring to our work. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

01What we collect

We only collect what we need:

• Information you give us, your name, email, phone, organisation, or message when you contact us, volunteer, or partner with us.
• Donation details, when you donate, payment is processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We receive confirmation of your contribution and the details needed to issue a receipt, but we never see or store your full card or banking credentials.
• Basic usage data, anonymous, aggregate information about how the site is used, which helps us improve it.

02How we use it

• To respond to you, and to build genuine partnerships and volunteering relationships.
• To process donations, issue receipts, and meet our reporting and compliance obligations, including 80G requirements.
• To share occasional updates about our programs, only if you have asked us to.

03What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We never exploit stories or data of the communities we serve for fundraising. Dignity first is one of our non-negotiables, and it extends to your privacy too.

04Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as Razorpay for payments, and only to the extent needed. We may disclose information where required by law.

05How we protect it

Donations are handled over encrypted, secure connections. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and apply reasonable safeguards against loss or misuse.

06Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just write to info@circleofgood.in and we will take care of it.
