Welcome to Circle of Good Foundation. By using this website and donating through it, you agree to these terms. We have tried to keep them plain and fair, the same way we try to work.

01Who we are

Circle of Good Foundation is a community-driven foundation working to fight malnourishment and support rehabilitation, education and community empowerment across rural India. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean the Foundation.

02Using this site

You may browse and share this site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use our name, logo, or content in a way that is misleading or implies endorsement without our written permission.

03Donations

• Donations are voluntary and are used to further our charitable work. We direct funds to where they are needed most within our programs.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. By donating, you also agree to their applicable terms.
• Donations are eligible for 80G tax benefits under Indian law. A receipt will be issued for every contribution.
• As a not-for-profit, donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, write to us promptly at info@circleofgood.in and we will review it in good faith.

04Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep information on this site accurate, including the cost and impact figures. These are good-faith approximates based on current conditions and may change. Nothing here is a binding guarantee of specific outcomes.

05Intellectual property

The Circle of Good name, logo, text, and design are the property of the Foundation and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. The communities and stories we work with are always represented with dignity and consent.

06Liability

This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from its use. External links are provided for convenience and are not under our control.
